DAF Program manager and TCP coordinator, Ms Jun Pineda, met together with WWF Ph, PENRO and MENRO Sablayan to plan a collaborative effort in gathering crucial data about the Tamaraw sub-population of the Aruyan-Malati Area in the Municipality of Sablayan, one of the remaining Tamaraw populations under high concern of DAF and TCP.
DAF agreed to provide the five camera traps loaned by its international partner, to this specific purpose. An MoU shall be signed soon to defined the role and responsibility of each party, prior to install the items on site.
